Questions, answered honestly

What hotel owners ask me before they sign up

How much will this cost my hotel?

We're finalizing our full subscription pricing now. In the meantime, the first three hotels who come on board get full access to everything the platform can do with full implementation support — completely free — for a full year, with 50% off in year two after that. Reach out and we'll confirm whether your property qualifies.

Is this actually running anywhere right now?

Yes. It's live today at two owner-controlled properties: Cameo Hotel and Suites, and Granville Hall Student Residence.

Can I see a demo?

Absolutely — I'll walk you through it myself. Reach out and we'll find a time.

What kind of savings should I expect?

It depends on how far you take it — and automation here isn't about cutting people, it's about coping with a labour shortage that's already hitting independent hotels hard, especially on the overnight and weekend shifts nobody wants to work.

At my own property, I went further than most hotels will need to — full automation, no front desk at all, making it Atlantic Canada's first fully staffless hotel. That freed up $150,000 a year that had been going straight to front-desk staffing. I didn't just pocket it — that money, and the hours I used to spend covering shifts myself, went straight back into the business.

Most hotels won't go that far, and you don't have to. Automate just the shift you can't staff anyway, and put what you save toward retaining the team you have, or growing somewhere that actually needs a person.

How do guests feel about not having staff around?

Honestly, that was my biggest worry going in. But my guest ratings across every major booking platform have stayed just as strong — in some cases stronger — than before. Today, my staffless hotel's guest satisfaction sits right alongside, and sometimes above, full-staff hotels in my area, including branded chains spending $300,000+ a year on front-desk staffing alone.

I run a larger hotel or a group of properties — is this still relevant to me?

Yes. Everything here started with solving my own problem as a single independent operator, but the platform itself was built to scale past that — from a 5-room bed and breakfast to a 500-room property, the same architecture handles it. A single login can manage one property or several, switching between them without juggling separate accounts for each one, and we're finishing aggregate reporting across your whole portfolio now — so a multi-property owner will soon be able to see performance across every location at a glance.
